Boehm & Associates is pleased to welcome a new member to our legal staff: Nathan Reid Yannone, General Counsel.

Mr. Yannone received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach and his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University, School of Law in San Francisco. During law school, Mr. Yannone was awarded numerous CALI and WITKIN awards for academic and litigation excellence, was consistently on the Dean’s List, and was a finalist in the Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Mr. Yannone is an experienced and successful advocate of employees’ rights; he has successfully represented tens of thousands of employees in class action litigation both in California and throughout the nation. Mr. Yannone has worked as an associate for several law firms focusing on employment law, product liability, and personal injury. He has also worked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, United States Senator Barbara Boxer, and California State Senator Ted Lieu.

Mr. Yannone became a member of the State Bar of California in 2015 and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the State Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
